ENROLLMENT AND PARTICIPATION IN TRAINING COURSES: GENERAL CONDITIONS

This contract relates to the course(s) described in the online registration sections of the website www.meb-broker.it/formazione.

The conclusion of the contract between the participant and M&B Insurance Broker Srl (hereinafter M&B), will take place when the participant receives written communication from M&B confirming the participation and (in case of purchase by bank transfer) only after M&B has received the payment.

Duration and location of the courses

The place and duration of the course(s) corresponds to that indicated on the online purchase page. However, M&B reserves the right to change the dates and venues of the courses by giving notice to the participants.

Participation fee

The participation fee must be paid at the time of enrollment by bank transfer or credit card and includes participation in the training course(s) and what is indicated on the online page of the course(s). Any further expense or extra service, not indicated on the online pages of the course, is the responsibility of the participant who expressly undertakes to hold M&B exempt from any liability in relation to third parties. The participant also undertakes to release M&B from any liability for any damage caused to third parties.

Special payment conditions

Promotional offers that provide for forms of deferred payment and/or price reduction are subject to compliance with the payment terms by the participant; late payment will cause lessons to be interrupted until the day of payment of the full price according to the M&B price list.

Variations

If M&B deems that the course cannot take place on the dates and places indicated, it undertakes to notify the participants (who will not be entitled to any indemnity and/or compensation) by communicating in writing the new dates and/or places where they will be held lessons. Within 14 days of receipt of the communication, the participant may request the postponement of his participation in the course(s) to another date, provided that within the twelve months following the envisaged date of participation, under penalty of loss of the entire fee which will not be refunded. Otherwise, your participation in the course will be considered confirmed on the new dates and/or places indicated.

Right of withdrawal

The participant can exercise the right of withdrawal within fourteen days from the conclusion of the contract by writing to meb-broker@pec.it

Inability to participate

In the event of inability to take part in the course, manifested at least 15 days before the start of the same, the participant can send M&B a reasoned written request addressed to meb-broker@pec.it containing the need to renounce his participation.

In this case the participant will be able to participate in another event within the following 6 months, integrating any positive difference between the participation fee of the event chosen as a replacement and that of the paid event. Negative differences will not be refunded.

In the event that the written request is forwarded to M&B after the expiry of the aforementioned term, the cancellation will no longer be accepted, no refunds will be paid and no replacement events will be offered.

Authorization to send invoices in electronic format

The participant authorizes M&B to send accounting documents and communications of an administrative nature to the email address provided. Any printing on paper and storage of the document is the responsibility of the addressee.

competent forum

For any controversy that may arise from the execution and/or interpretation of this contract, the Court of Parma will be exclusively competent.
